Sim activation

2 weeks after ordering a new sim and 3 sims later I still have not achieved activation. I'm feeling very let down! None of the BT personnel I have spoken to seem to know why this is happening or what the solution is!

I activated via the web address but it only worked once I connected to WiFi first to a broadband line as the line wasn't connected yet and the site gave an error. I ordered a replacement sim and was told a phone call to 150 activates it too.
