Hi - I got my new bt sim today, activated it on the website then straight away selected that I wanted to keep my old number and put in the code etc. It's told me that my number will change over in 6 days. However it's been over 3 hours and my sim has not activated with my new bt number.
Should I have waited until the sim activated with my new number before requesting a change to my old number? Or in 6 days will it just activate with my old number?
Did you manage to get your new sim card to work? If not, then I think the best thing to do is to contact the the mobile team using the link- Mobile support team and they'll be able to look into this for you.
