One of my power adapters supplied by BT has,for some unknown reason, stopped working. It says on the front 'Simpler Networks '. There are no lights showing at all, including the power light. I've tried it on other power sockets but it seems to be dead.
Could somebody please advise me how to request a replacement from BT ? Thankyou.
How old is the adapter?

I guess 4/5 years
You would have to pay for replacements. Were they supplied as part of the old BT Vision or new BT YouView contract, or did you just buy them yourself?
BT vision

Do you still have an active BT YouView account and subscription?
Yes

Then you should qualify for the discounted BT Mini Connectors. You would not be able to use them with the Simpler network devices.
These are the recommended ones.

Just tell them you have a BT YouView contract, and they should supply them at the discounted price of £20.
