The sound came on mine just before kick off, as did an increase in picture quality. I thought at first it could've been my eyes deceiving me a little seeing as the Extra DOG wasn't displaying HD on it but you could see the change in quality prior to kick off when the sound appeared also.

I didn't watch it that far as we had family pop in (how inconsiderate can people be).

as Rangers v Celtic is on Main Event channel 402...then West Ham v Tottenham should be on Extra channel 416...

can anyone see and access channel 416 on their EPG...?

because I can't...please help...thank you

@wdpwdp  It is in my EPG  with Live Premier League Scheduled. From 11:30 am to 3:15pm

what precisely  happens when you try and access ?

i have found it...it was in my hidden channels...it would appear that BT gave me access and then immediately hid the channel...

because the customer does not have the ability to hide channels...then BT must have done it...

Good that you have a resolution..

Only adult channels are hidden automatically. Is it possible that you hid  channels  on  your Youview box whilst it was on the old style  user interface as the next gen upgrade would rettain  those channels as hidden.
