Could a Mod help with my slow 80/20 fibre broadband speeds please.
I ran a BT wholesale speedtest and my ip profile has been set to 20mbps recently for some reason.

We were unable to identify any performance problem with your service at this time.
It is possible that any problem you are currently, or had previously experienced may have been caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or by the server you were accessing responding slowly.

Thanks for your help!
I think there is a problem with the speed test again. It gave my upload IP Profile for my download, just like yours. BT are saying one should use its tester.
Speedtest.net seems to give false results for me. More likely BT are whitelisted on their servers.
My speeds have been poor for sometime now. I did not complain previously as I thought BT would see there are problems at my exchange which I expect it,s due to congestion.

Could you post the connection stats from the hub.
HH6 Advanced settings/technical log.
HH5 Troubleshooting/helpdesk.
I do not use the home hub. I use a Billion 8800nl.
I,m not sure what stats you need but is below what you are asking for?

I never use wireless connection. All speedtests are on a wired connection.
It does slow down at peak times but does happen anytime really and I mentioned in an earlier post that I expect the problem is due to congestion.
I thought BT might have picked up the congestion issues & fixed it that,s why I did not complain about it previously.
The speeds I am getting are poor to say the least for an 80/20 connection though.
