As your stats show full speed then you may be right about congestion. Which exchange are you connected to and I'll ask a mod to have a look.
It may be tomorrow before they reply.
Exchange RUABON is served by cabinet 14.
When I,ve checked in the past I was always on cabinet 10. So maybe since I,ve gone into cabinet 14 the problems started.

Hi @Masterplan I can't see any reported congestion problems for your exchange area, is your computer connected directly to your router via ethernet or do you use powerline adapters?

I always use my pc via an ethernet connection. Never use the wi-fi connection.

Direct ethernet connection directly to my router. I do not use powerline adaptors
Speed has improved a little between 30-40mbps.
It is still not good enough for an 80/20 connection. Looks like BT are capping my speed if there is no congestion.
My mobile phone runs faster than my fibre connection!
