Slow ADSL (SNR > 30dB)

Hi,

Please can you assist with a DLM reset / reconfig on my line. SNR is currently >30dB, and sync speed around 1Mbps. Please see the router stats below. The line length is approx 2.5km and should be providing much more than 1Mbps.

It looks like the line is on a fixed 1Mbps profile, rather than ADSL Max.

Thanks

Re: Slow ADSL (SNR > 30dB)

previous posts in 6/14 were adslmax so if 1 reset does not change stats then need mod help

Re: Slow ADSL (SNR > 30dB)

Hi,

Thanks

This is a different line to the one referred to in previous posts 🙂

Definitely a 1Mbps fixed profile 🙂 the 288 upload is a giveaway. Hopefully the mods can help so I don't have to go near the call centre. 🙂
