if your btspeedtest results show spe is ok at offpeak time and dropping at peak times then if it is dropping below the shown acceptablelimit then you can contact the mods who will report the problem to wholesale. the problem will be at the exchnage and not your home if it is congestion

As long as I can get the speeds up to within the acceptable limit during peak times I'd be happy!

Ok done that, hopefully this can get resolved soon! I'll be moving to my next base in April, if they can't get this sorted sometime before then, then I'm afraid I'll go with another ISP.
Yeah I understand that, it's more the ISP's ability to resolve a problem within a reasonable amount of time that's the issue.
Doesn't help when they say they will call you at a certain time, you change your personal arrangements so that you can be free at that time, and then you receive no phone call...
