Im having slow speeds again and im unable to run a line check at the speedtester.bt.com site i get the error below.

Ive logged this with second line again which inform me its again an issue with the line. Ive had just about everything swapped in the house the sockets the line and all works well once the exchange is worked on well for a few weeks then i get all the same issues again.
Can anyone shed any light.

Have you tried connecting to the test socket at the rear of the master socket
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

Hi Please find attached the ADSL stats for the router. Strangely the phone line is currently indicating as dead with no dial tone however i stilll have internet access on the line. The ADSL stats are below. The low connection time was due to a line test carried out by BT earlier today.
