Recieved a new router today even though I didn't need one, that hasn't sorted the problem what so ever. This is turning into a joke on behalf of BT. Was supposed to recieve a phone call on Monday within 30 minutes of putting the phone down, still waiting for that call 2 days later.
Yeah i'm leaving it to them now, but they really need to get it sorted asap it's been 5 days and nothing has been resolved.
Finally had some action taken, an engineer is coming out on Tuesday to hopefully fix the problem. Been coming to 2 weeks to have such a common problem fixed, will be certainly making a complaint about how basic and awful BT's customer service is.
