it looks like you may have a low IP Profile caused by a number of restarts /disconnections of your hub if the speedtest results show the IP Profile as low then a stable 3/5 days connection should see the IP Profile rise automatically this will then increase your download speed

as you have the maximum connection speed and a default noise margin

Looks like your profile could be stuck at 2mb which sometimes happens with people on max 8128kbps connection. Really need you to try running btspeedtester diagnostic test and posting results

Your profile of 7.15mb is correct and as high as you can get on adslmax. Your download speed is only 3.02mb was this test done with a wired connection?
