Ok, its just reset itself?? what makes it reset itself?

normally a noise problem with your line.  has your connection speed changed and/or noise margin increased?

if not check btspeedtester to see if profile changed

your noise margin has increased and your connection speed has decreased.  your profile will still probably be 750 and correct profile now down to 4000 based on current speed.

normal reason is some sort of noise on your line

Ive done the noise test on the phone, and no noise, what now?

if you keep having disconnections then contact the mods for assistance  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951

may take a few days for mods to get back to you

your connection is just the same as last night but your noise margin is almost double - have you made any changes?

all sorted now, one silly little wire, a fraction out of connection in the main box, thanks for your help.
