Re: Slow Infinity Speeds!

Hi @Masterplan I called earlier sorry I could not reach you.

I've run some checks and as Daniel advised there is no current records of congestion on your Svlan or any of them in your area. I've reported a fault to Wholesale on the back of your speed test results which you have completed and will check the progress of the fault and update you as soon as I hear back from them.

Cheers

John

Re: Slow Infinity Speeds!

Go to solution

I have another question relating to the BT Sport online player problem I am having.

I raised a thread in January asking why it it does not play on my PC but I did not get a reply from BT.

As you know I joined BT in December & began watching BT Sport online a few days after I joined without any problems then in January the problems started.

The player streams in SD for 5-10 seconds then stops & the picture goes into HD, then it freezes & stutters. It is unwatchable.

I am using the same PC on a wired connection as I was when I joined BT, all drivers & browsers are up to date. I have tried every browser out there but to no avail.

BT Sport is the ONLY website that I have streaming problems with so the problem lies with BT.
