Slow Infinity speed at night - Good during day

Hi, 

Hope someone can assist please.

As title, internet access in the evening is unusable , high latency and low speed (63mb during day, 1-4mb at night).   This has been ongoing now for a good 7 days.  Upload is always good.

Exchange is Watton, EAWTN

Thanks for the reply.  Have done as requested.

Have carried out another test as have been away for a few days - issue is still happening so would appreciate your help.
