Slow / Intermmittent Wifi from BT Home Hub

I recently changed from a Belkin hub to a BT Home Hub. Since then our Wifi has been very very slow / intermittent to all devices in the house. Its definately the wifi and not the broadband - the PC internet speed is consistently very fast / never drops - but all wireless devices are having issues. I've done the basics - turn the PC off and on, do a reset on the Homehub, all to no avail - any offers?

If you would like to specify which version of the home hub you have, then forum members should be able to give you advice.

That is not a BT Broadband IP address, it belongs to ZEN. You need to access the page from your home BT Broadband connection.

Hi Yes it's a BT Openzone line provided through Zen. The problem I am pretty sure is not with the line though - the line speed into the Hub is fine - the problem is the Hub itself?

I am not sure what you mean, who is your ISP? BT Openzone is a public wifi network run by BT.

 

If your ISP is Zen, then they have their own forum here http://forum.zen.co.uk/, so maybe someone there can help?
