Slow Internet Speed - Please help

When I was with Talk Talk my BB download speed was between 2000 - 2600 Mbs.

 

Now I am with BT my speed has slowed to around 1200 Mbs.

 

The router is plugged into my master socket & I’ve connected directly to the master plug in the socket.

you need to post the adsl stats from your hub

 

modulation

attenuation

connection time

noise margin

power

 then seect show detail and post erors as well

 

also run btspeedtester and post the results

your noise margin is high at 14.7 as normal about 6

 

you are currently connected to the master socket but do you have extension sockets in other rooms in your home?  if yes and master looks like this  master socket.jpg  have you tried connecting to the test socket behind the bottom half.  this is your direct connection to the exchange and will eliminate any noise problems caused by your internal wiring
