Over the past 4 months we have had multiple issues wih our braodband. We have replaced out homehub and all filters in the house as well as all the tests with the test socket. We do have noise on our line on the landline and i think we are on a slow ip profile because of the disconnects. Could i please get the SNR reset on the line or get it checked out just so i can get near to the speeds i should be getting on the line.
Hi There is no point in you having a noise margin reset until the noise problem on your line is repaired if you can hear the the noise when connected to the test socket then you need to contact BT Faults on 151 and report the noise but do NOT mention broadband when you call once the noise problem is fixed then your broadband will start to improve
