Slow Torrent

Hi 

i just recently upgraded my fibre to the 900MB

ever since my service start my torrent is so slow and is capped at 10mib/s

and when i use a VPN it speed up abit to 30mib/s

before i upgraded i was going alot faster

BT capped the speed on torrent ????

BTW you should always use a VPN for torrents.
