There was a major service outage earlier this evening which caused slow downloading and Internet access problems there are several posts on the subject on this board
OK, outage noted. I will keep an eye on the speed next week esp when the schools will reopen after half term, and if the evening slow down continues, I will post some more speed test and modem stats.
I am happy to report that since the outage last Friday, the connection speed has been very good, there had not been any major slow down even during peak hours. Thanks to everybody who has responded. Well done BT.
