I'm running at 1.5 megs throughput having had 7megs for many years. In that time I was working on DSL Max+ . On a few ocasions I had to reset the SNR when the internet had slowed and got stuck at about the same speed.
I think recently the Exchange was upgraded to 21cn as my testing seems to indicate this.
There is no apparent copper line fault so I was wondering if someone there could reset the SNR?

Thank you
Run btspeedtester and then diagnostic test and post results.
