I have "enjoyed" BT broadband for nearly 3 months since switching from Virgin. I have a home hub 5 which achieves download speeds of 30+ but then the speed will drop below 5 until a reboot takes place. The help team have tried different formulas with the hub but the same problem occurs. I believed the smart wireless feature was meant to search for the best connection constantly! There is no fault with the line and I have performed a quiet test.
Is there a solution to the constant rebooting problem?
