I have been having some issues with my BT inifinity speed over the past month. I previously had problems back at the start of the year, which was pinned down to congestion issues and was fixed in February. During the period that this was resolved I was averaging between 65-71 Mbps. This has dropped down to around 18-22 Mbps over the last few weeks, do I need to start doing the line tests again?
I'm sorry to hear you have a similar problem since the start of the year. I checked over your last posts back in February but I can't see what exchange you're on. Do you know which one it is? We can check to see if the exchange is congested again or not. If it's not, we'll need to look into it for you again.
