You'll likely need one of the BT moderators to help here. I don't know if there are any runes to get them to look at a post. You might try re-posting with "Moderator help request"
Quick questions: do you have any HomePlug adapters in your network? e.g. wifi extender or anything like that? Doing the speedtest over a wired ethernet connection (suspect yes)?
