I've been getting 30+mbps up to August but the speed has now dropped over the past few weeks, see the speed test below.
I connect via cable and had a previous issue at the start of the year with speeds dropping which was successfully fixed by resetting my profile (I think).
Could someone take a look?

I've done the quick BT test and that shows the same result. The more detailed one hangs on 'Now Testing your Upstream speed for:Test 1', with progress at 100%.
I'm on a Mac and can't work out how to print the screen.

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

An engineer visited yesterday, found the problem was with the cable outside the house and resolved the issue. Normal speed has now resumed.
