Slow connection

Recently I start to got very slow connection 0.24Mbs download. My average connection was 4.75Mbs. I contacted BT about it and they send an Engineer to check phone line. Engineer told me that phone line is fine and possible problem can be with exchange or my broadband. He advise me to call BT once more and ask about reseting my broadband. I done what he said and nothing change.

Those are my broadband ADSL status:

The test result has indicated that you should contact your ISP for further assistance.

And most current ASDL status:

Re: Slow connection

it could be a noisy line that is causing the problem you really need to eliminate it by connecting a phone to the test socket as this will also eliminate any possible charges (130.00) if an Openreach engineers visit and the fault is within your home is needed could you just borrow a phone from a friend or neighbour for the test
