Slow line speed..infinity two

Hi..I upgraded to Infinity two last week and my line speed is below tha level that BT guaranteed. I'm only getting 58mb compared to the guarantee of 62mb. NeilO the moderator helped me last time. CAn you help again Neil?

All of the speed tests were taken a wee while ago. When I had infinity 1, my speed was 52mb, and I was quoted as about 68mb for infinity 2. Can you help please?

How long ago did you run those speed tests? How are you connected? Is there any noise on the line?

Hi David. One earlier today, and the other just after 6pm. I'm connected via Ethernet. I've just checked the line, no noise.
