Slow speed

My Broadband normnally runs at 6.5Mbps download and about 0.5 up. For the last thre days I been getting the result below:

Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.09 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.6 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 7.15 Mbps

If I reset my roputer I get 6.5 Mbps for a few seconds then the line slows down rapidly to the above. My router details are below. I am not using the home hub but a Draytek 2820n. Any advice would be appreciated, or a reset of the line for me 🙂

Re: Slow speed

Have you tried a new filter if no exchnage problems?  Do you use an phone extension cable to reach the test socket?
