Slow speeds

Hi, I joined bt middle of the month and selected option 2 infinity. But have never received speed more than 39mb upload. That was only once. I phoned bt but had no help wat so Eva. My line should be able to handle 67mb. Any suggestions. Here is a recent test data

The wifi on the home hub 3 is rubbish, get another router what I will be doing soon or connect it wired because the **bleep** about wireless speed is **bleep**, the BT advert over exaggerates the home hub3 substantially!
