Slow upload speeds on FTTC after fault fix

I am on Fibre 2 and getting good down speeds but my upload has been stuck at 1.1mbps for months. I had a general fault with slow speeds, but since that was 'fixed' I have had the upload speed issues.

BT Faults weren't any help as they don't guarantee upload speeds. Any idea what I can do to get it sorted?

Re: Slow upload speeds on FTTC after fault fix

Your uptime is only 29 mins, you sure the fault's been fixed?

Re: Slow upload speeds on FTTC after fault fix

Looks łike you had a firmware update 4 days ago but from other posts it may be your firmware was reverted to a previous version because of problems

Re: Slow upload speeds on FTTC after fault fix

Do you think the firmware could be limiting my speeds?

If it's a hardware issue I might just try a different router but I don't want to buy one and be stuck in  the same spot
