Re: Slow upstream on BT superfast

Hi BT,

An issue I had in Dec 19 with my BT Superfast Fibre 1 has recurred.

My upload speed has slowed to a consistent 2.8 Mbps from a normal of 7.5 Mbps in the past 2 months. The slow upload is consistent and does not ever increase outside of busy hours. I have done the usual fault finding: reset; router swap; direct cabling and socket bypass. The line test reports no noise. Download speed is unchanged at circa 45 Mbps.

Help please.

can you post hub stats if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

any line noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

Hi @PeterY1, thanks for posting, looking at the checker results your line should expect an upload of between 5.9Mb to 8.9M and your download speed looks perfect. I'll send you over a Private message and the moderation team will be happy to take a look.
