Looks like your installer messed up the install. I think you should complain

You said he told you you would get 18Mbps - when they do the install that information is given to them on an app they run on their device.

The missing 12Mbps is due to the faulty install.

I rang up and complained and they are sending me out a new hub.
if the problem still exists will they sort it out for me?
