Slow

Hi,

My engineer came to install my BT Unlimited faster (Fibre optic but not branded infinity right?)

He did a very good job i must say.

 

I asked him how fast it should be, he said 18mb download and 1 upload.

At the moment it is running at 5mb download, will this start to increase throught the week?

If it doesn't, what shall i do?

are you using a wired or wireless connection when you checked your speed
can you please run the BT speedtest further diagnostic test this test appears after the first test completes and post back the results
