Slower speeds than guaranteed?

Hey guys,

I've been with BT for some yrs...I moved to a new property last yr and the connection was horrendous there, I was getting 3-4mbps but was guaranteed 10mbps, no fibre was available there. BT told me theres nothing they could do because I was about 1500 meters from the cabinet.

Long story short, I work from home and fast broadband is absolutly necessary. Last month I moved again to a property where estimates showed 69mbps with minimum guaranteed 49mbps. I got the connection and still I am getting 32mbps max. 

An engineer visited and found no issues with the line. My house is 450m from the cabinet, here is the test result.

I've seen posts here where people were getting over 70mbps at 450m or even at 500m.

Is 32mbps max speed i could get here?

I have Infinity 2, they lowered the monthly cost but told me I'll still get inifinity 2 speeds.
