Hi there..
Just looking for some guidance please.
I've had an issue over the last two weeks (telephone line dropping out and the speed of the broadband dropped to nearly nothing), engineer came out on Friday and fixed the problem which was located in one of the exchanges I believe. My question is.. How long should I give it until the speed of the broadband returns back to what it was previously.
The repair was made on Friday monring and its now monday evening and still no joy...
any help would be fantastic.

Hi @hengis_me and thanks for posting.
If you do have any problems after the 10 days period can you try running the speed test including the further diagnostics and post the results?

Thanks all.... Yep its now all working fine. took its time but it got there. finges crossed its lasts.
