I have smart hub 2 and disk around 18 months old, yesterday the disc went red and despite following all instructions to pair it still wont connect via Wi-fi to hub. Connect via cable it works
i guess the disc may be faulty
any suggestions other than a new disc?

I'm sorry to see you've had problems with your Complete Wifi disc recently. Have you spoken with anyone since you posted? If you're still having problems reply back and we will give you a hand from here.
