The hub (recently replaced) was working fine but now is dropping all devices attached to the 2.4G channel. Happened yesterday and today.
Only way to fix is to reboot which disrupts a part of the household.
Quite a few devices only connect to 2.4G such as the sky box, desktop computer etc.
Is this a known characteristic of the Smart Hub?
Hi @chrischalk01 sorry that your hub keeps dropping the 2.4 channel daily. Have a look at How to change the Wifi Channel and there is a link to help ensure you are getting the best wifi signal and if that doesn't help you could try a different wifi channel.
