I received my new hub yesterday to replace my old one and set it up fine. A message on the box said that BT would contact me by the end of the day to confirm the set up but I have heard nothing yet. Is this because I am an existing BT broadband client?

Hi @Piecringe,

 

That note would be for new customer setting up BT Broadband for the first time. This would let them know that the service has been activated. If you have only changed your router, your broadband service should already be up and running.
