I can conenct to the BTWIFI-FON or BTWIFI-x network and get internet access
from reading the problems someone was saying the hub was not connecting as when you tried to activate from hub that the link was pointing to wrong place hence no conenction and my hub initially was the same - could not activate BTWIFI however after I went to BTWIFI web page and opted out and then opted back in again then my hh6 BTWIFI is now active and available for use
I opted out and then immediately opted back in my BTWIFI in HH6 was active in couple of days
I did just that last night, 'opted out; & after few minutes opted back 'in' !
Will update the situation in few days !
It has been mentioned before my others on other Posts, it did not accept the 'ID & password' I been using successfully for BTWiFi and had to reset it.
I noticed it has changed the new 'password' to other BT passworded features . . ie email & MyBT too, how weird !
@imjolly Over two days have gone by since the 'opt out' & reverted to 'in' as was suggested by you, still NO changes on the (Smart Hub) HH6.
Clearly the HH6 is disabled through it's default software etc, as there are no options on 'Advanced settings' for the user to mess with it !
However, I reconnected HH4 and the BTWiFi-with-Fon & BTWiFi-X are listed as choice of 'connect to network' !

as you can see from my HH6 BTWIFI is active so it does work!
if you have new Hh6 smart hub then go to hub manager then advanced then technical log
