Have just arrived back from a weekend away to find the Hub 6 flashing a pink (not really purple) light on the front of it and no dial tone, if I unplug the dsl cable from the Openreach SSFP it just remains flashing pink but I get a dial tone. Have tried factory resetting the router but nothing, have put the previous hub 5 back on and I now have broadband and phone line. Any ideas on this or how to fix, or is it a faulty router?
