New (ish) customer to BT here - had my connection about 2 months. All was working fine - one night my Wifi connection drops out.
There's absolutely no wifi signal - hardwired connection still works fine. I log on to the hub manager and the front page shows wifi as turned off - I click on the option to change this and it displays as on.
I've tried splitting the bands - all the usual ones of turning off and on again. Factory reset didn't work and neither did various on and off configurations.
Anyone got any thoughts? Couldn't find any common threads with this issue?
@Tmesis_28 Welcome to the forum, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your new Hub. Have you reported this to the broadband helpdesk as it sounds like the Hub is faulty. They should be able to help you get this sorted but post back if you need any further help.
