Re: Smart Hub X, replaced wit Hub 5

Regarding the question about my hub and it’s version:-

back of Hub it says BT Smart Hub X, it is BT Smart Hub Manager, and in the Technical logs the BT Product is BT HUB 6XA.

I cannot open the links regarding split hubs, networks etc as a message is shown which says ‘cannot open a secure connection, stopping you now’?

After I did  the factory reset, to access advanced setting on hub Manager, I was asked/told  to reset my admin password. Is this normal?

thankyou
