Hello all,
Our Smart Hub is three years old. It's worked fine for most of that time but recently has started playing up.
The light is blue and internet works over ethernet but will not connect to any devices via wifi.
We have tried changing the channel, restarting devices and the hub, everything the FAQs suggest but no luck.
BT's website suggests coverage in my area is fine and the fact it connects over ethernet confirms this but do I basically just have a busted Smart Hub and can I ask BT for a new one?
