Smart Hub purchase, cannot see an order

I bought a new smart hub via the website last night. £50 for the modem, £7.95 for delivery. The money has left my account, yet no order can be seen on my account, no confirmation email has been sent yet the order came up as completed.

I contacted BT and they cannot see any order on my account. What's the best way to resolve this?

The order would not be processed until sometime today, so I would not expect to get any confirmation until its been dispatched.

It probably comes via the BT Shop.

So is it ok that I can't see it on my line orders via My BT? I am guessing it will pop up once it's finished processing?
