So what's the easiest / quickest way to get this over to BT. Because customer services won't have this forwarded on.
Or does it need to get high up to get any attention at all?
Hi @DavidM
Can you get this to the correct team in BT so this can be fixed in the next firmware update.
Thanks
posts made here do not go to BT although the forum is moderated by BT not every post is read

Do you seriously think BT are going to rush around and get a minor irritation to about 0.0001% of their customer base fixed in the next release of firmware rather than concentrating on real problems.
If the limitations of the Hub, which has been designed with unknowledgeable users in mind, is annoying you then invest in a good third party router. Then you will have a fully customisable piece of kit that performs better than the Hub.
Problem solved.
No one is expecting you to go buy a new router. Merely pointing out the fact that a third party router will give you many more customisable features, better wireless performance and some even have quite comprehensive built in traffic monitoring.
Or just fix this annoying "feature" / bug.
I'll look into if a browser with css / jquery turned off and certain scripts can workaround this so I can set the SSID I want.
But to be honest this should just be fixed.
The main issue I have is directing this to the correct team in BT.
