Have just been on chat and had my hub tested again and again found to be faulty this is the 4th hub 6 since November. I have suggested on the last couple of times that maybe its something other that the hub but oh no its the hub. Getting a bit fed up with all the hub changing. Anyone any ideas???
you need to describe your setup and problem and post some stats
Details of set -up. Hub 6 on ground floor have wifi connect to desktop located upstairs and wifi to tv box. Cable connection for central heating control. Hope that helps.
When you say losing broadband connection, I assume you mean losing internet access.
Is it only losing connections from wireless devices (a common problem reported elsewhere on the forum) ?
Are wired connections still able to access the internet ?
Its just the desktop which is wifi which drops out. The only wired item is the central heating control (hive) which seems unaffected.
