I have a problem getting Netflix to work on my JVC TV. I can access the files but when I select a film and try to play it, it gets to 99% and then buffers. This is a recent development as I have had Netflix working OK previously. Other apps such as Amazon Prime Video work fine. I have a Smart Hub 2 which is located about one metre away from the TV.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
If its that close, I assume you are using an Ethernet cable from the home hub to the TV, and not a wireless connection?
I tried an ethernet cable direct from hub to TV this morning and, surprisingly, it made no difference. When I checked the network settings on the JVC, though, I couldn't find an option for ethernet, only wireless. This confused me, I confess, as obviously there is an inlet for an ethernet cable in the telly.
