SIP will open up additional connections on random ports by default. Without an enterprise firewall/router with application awareness you wont be able to do more than prioritize traffic to a specific IP. Maybe the mods can come back with a range of UDP ports that the application is tied down too that might help along with the range of IP addresses used as I'd be suprirsed if all of this was being done on only 1 ip!
