I downloaded Smart Talk Last week to my iPad. I can make UK calls but when I try to manage the service ( to enable international calling) the myBT Smart Talk shows the following message:
"We are currently processing a previous request.
Please come back later if you wish to make any changes to your BT SmartTalk service."
it has been like this for days.
Customer Service were unable to help (didn't seem to know about the service).
can anybody help?
Did you try the dedicated help number? 0800 032 2111, enter phone number, then option 4, then option 1.

advised that it was due to a separate order I (actually) have underway.
A'teething' problem with the new service.
no solution at the moment except to wait for the other order to complete.
Good, hope it sorts itself out soon. Nice to hear someone getting help from a helpdesk, that was also my experience with this one.
