I have a smart hub 2 and it keeps disconnecting for long periods of time and flashes different colours. I had a bt engineer come round to fix it yesterday and he thought he had fixed it but I’ve still got the same problem today. Also, I forgot to tell him about it making clicking noises, it makes these clicking noises a lot. Is there any way I can fix this myself or should I get another bt man to come round?

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

hub stats show you are not connected to internet
which master socket do you have?
Yeah I heard the dial tone but after it said ‘quiet line test’ I heard nothing. And the socket I have says ‘master socket 5c’ with one port
