My bt smart hub 2 is receiving no power when plugged in. I know it's the hub or the power cable that came with it that is the issue but I don't know how to fix
sorry but stupid question - you did press the switch on back of hub?
Yes I'm a new customer
Yes I did press the power button and the network is not showing up on my devices and no light is showing on the hub itself
if just new hub and power supply then phone 150 and get replacement
If you had to assemble the mains plug section, make sure that its clicked fully together, otherwise it will not make contact.
